Job Description

* Production Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the daily production activities on the line. Ensure that production targets are met, schedules are followed, and resources are effectively utilized to maximize productivity.

* Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of production operators and technicians. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and conduct training to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.

* Equipment Operation: Oversee the operation and maintenance of production line equipment. Ensure that equipment is set up correctly, calibrated, and running smoothly. Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns promptly.

* Production Reporting: Monitor production output and analyze production data. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production volume, efficiency, and quality metrics. Identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and implement appropriate measures to optimize performance.

* Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Promote and enforce a safe work environment. Conduct regular safety training sessions and promote a safety-conscious culture among production personnel.

* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to implement improvements, streamline workflows, and eliminate waste. Seek innovative solutions and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.


* Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, food science, or a related field (preferred).

* Proven experience as a production supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

* Knowledge of frozen food production processes and equipment.

* Familiarity with quality control standards and food safety regulations.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

* Understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
