Estimation Engineer - RTC1 Recruitment Services
Job Description:
- Analyze tender documents and collaborate with departments (Design, Technical, Procurement, Finance) to gather necessary project details.
- Perform quantity take-offs, prepare RFIs, and attend pre- and post-tender clarification meetings.
- Request quotes from suppliers/subcontractors, review pricing, and prepare cost comparison sheets.
- Develop cost estimates, Bill of Quantities, and final pricing, including value engineering (VE) options for client proposals.
- Upon contract award, hand over tender documents and brief the post-contract team on scope and key considerations.
