Shipping Coordinator - شركة منتجات صناعة الاسمنت الحدودة
Responsible for managing CPI’s finished products’ shipments to external clients while guaranteeing smooth, safe, and economical delivery to them.
- Organize, supervise, and evaluate shipping activities for CPI to ensure the accuracy of products’ delivery with minimal delays in shipping.
- Ensure that finished products are in desired quantity and quality before being shipped.
- Ensure that Cured Goods are packed and wrapped after the 14 days periods.
- Coordinate with the transporters to ensure trucks are ordered on daily basis.
- Submit feedback reports about the shipped finished products to the Logistics Operation Leader.
- Review processing order changes, returns and cancellations.
- Provide supervision to Forklift Drivers and report any technical issue facing forklifts to the Logistic Operation Leader.
- Report any technical issues on the packing machine to the Logistic Operation Leader.
- Develop the Certificate of Origin document whenever requested.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Logistic Operation Leader.
