Sales Manager - Automotive Showroom
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic automotive showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the automotive industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with other departments, including marketing and finance, to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive sector.
